Preservation of Fixed and Non-Fixed Biological Samples During Space Experimentation

This topical team will focus on the optimisation of the fixation methodology, and of the long-term stowage of fixed and non-fixed samples while minimising the use of toxic agents, crew time, and energy. This is obviously very important research for all the other projects, as without fixation and stowage facilities research in all areas will be hindered.
