Controlled Tissue Development in Bioreactor for Pharmaceutical High Throughput Screening Based on Engineered Skin, Central Nervous System, and Liver Tissues

This activity aims to define a bioreactor concept, favouring reconstruction of highly controlled and functional tissues, mainly for pharmaceutical paralell drug screening. Better knowledge and control of microenvironment conditions will also be a basis for the optimisation of methods for artificial organ production.
